The Dreyfoos School of the Arts and Evey Fine Art Palm Beach hosted “Unveiling Creativity: A Fusion of Vision” on Sunday, Feb. 25. The event highlighted the intersection of youthful imagination and artistic mastery, celebrating emerging talents in the community and signaling a vibrant future for art.
The event included
the Dreyfoos Strings department providing
musical accompaniment. A standout moment was a live art display by a Dreyfoos student Alexandra Merrell artist alongside an exhibition of alumni art, showcasing the talent and diverse perspectives fostered by the school.
Notable attendees included gallery owners Carla Berenice Groh and Joseph J. Knapek, who shared remarks on the impact of the arts on humanity. Darlene Dzuba, Chair of the Dreyfoos Foundation, and Chris Snyder, CEO of the Dreyfoos School
of the Arts Foundation, also addressed guests, emphasizing the significance of arts education.
Snyder referenced Pablo Picasso: “Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.” He also highlighted the community’s role in ensuring the spark of creativity in young artists continues to flourish.
